How do I use my membership once I've purchased it?

With your Swimply Membership, you can enjoy up to one booking per day, within the number of hours specified on that Membership. Having a Membership does not guarantee availability - time slots are first come, first serve. Please contact your host if you are experiencing issues finding availability.

If you make a booking that exceeds the time limit of your membership, you will be charged for the additional hours at time of booking. If you wish to add amenities that are not included with a membership, you will be charged any incremental costs at the time of booking.
