water clean clear. but with some leaves due to surrounding trees. refreshing. large enough to lap swim. had good sized deep end. gets shaded after 2pm. host pleasant. lounge, chairs available. easy access from street. easy parking. definitely book again.

daniel was super responsive and communicative about our party. he made suggestions to make everything run more smoothly. the space is phenomenal-beautiful pool, hot tub, lawn and patio. plenty of room for hanging out. it was awesome!
