Swimplify Your Summer In Our Beautiful Heated In-Ground Pool

Heated pool with 8ft deep end. Kept at a minimum of 88 degrees. No back yard neighbours. Abundance of free parking on the street. There is a gas BBQ on the deck, feel free to use it. Please let me know when booking if you need the grill so I can make sure it’s clean ;) Pool has night lights that change colors. Super cool to swim at night. Can accommodate parties (birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers etc..) There is a deep freezer you can use. If you need a fridge, just let me know and I can try to accommodate. Some premium amenities need advance notice. It takes longer to set up if you are asking for extras. Please read each description when adding to the booking . Keep in mind it is a residential area so be mindful of the neighbors.. although we have pretty cool neighbors 😎 IMPORTANT** your booking must be for the number of people that will be on the premises, regardless of how many people are swimming. You are renting the whole space, not just the pool and in order for insurance to be valid, there cannot be more people than what is booked.
