we had amazing time celebrating my birthday at the 6612! there were so many thoughtful touches and the space is more beautiful in person. crail and joey are great hosts and made our stay so special. we will be back!

beautiful pool and property! lots of shade on sunny days. bathroom was very clean and private. lots of pool toys and floats for the little ones too. we had a great time, and would definitely swim here again.

what a lovely back yard, with shade from live oak trees and beautiful bamboo at the fence line! my sister noted the private bath was quite clean. lots of room for sitting, the pool was cool and inviting. great experience!

great host! even found my sons beanie that he left behind and got it back to me. great pool with a private feeling even though you are in a neighborhood. awesome hot tub

great hosts, very clean, responsive, quick and attentive to reply — organized, tidy, and a beautiful space with beautiful architecture, design and scenery. easy and independent access with its own separate space. highly recommend. plenty of parking.
