About the pool

**Welcome to our Oasis! Featuring a beautiful gunite chlorine pool that is 3 feet deep at each end, and 5 feet deep in the middle with entry steps, a “beach” entry for kids, and a lovely waterfall. Large patio access with picnic table and plenty of seating areas all around are meticulously maintained for your enjoyment! Pool is partially shaded after 1pm, and completely shaded by 4pm, but still plenty of room for sunny layout spots! Naturally there may be bees and wasps but we have pest control that tries to take care of them. **By booking, you assume all liability if any accident or injury occurs to anyone in your party and you assume all responsibility for minors in your party. If you do not want to assume all liability, please inform us before you arrive and we will work with Simply to provide a refund. Arrival will commit you to assume all liability.**
