Escape to the tropics… Water slide, diving board & over 10 ft deep! Experience a trip to Kauai in a single afternoon 🏝️ Please note… We have another listing that may better accommodate some guests - Please DM for questions and details 🌺🌸 Things to know… - Jumping from rocks not permitted. -Keep feet up and forward on slide so feet don’t hit bottom. -NO GLASS IN POOL (keep at least 10 feet away) All guests must sign a RELEASE on site or will be cancelled 🙏🏻 Vendor referrals upon request (some vendors not permitted due to guest input). Restroom separate to main home. NO public events. Permit is renters responsively for film shoots. Dog owners: we have 3 small dogs, so please don’t enter prior to start time (our senior Yorkie was hurt today accidentally) **** Beginning May 2024 PLEASE REVIEW: pet days are Sunday after 2:00pm and Tuesday or by request *** Primary renter must be 24+ (unless permitted by owner). NO high school parties. Under 18 requires parental supervision. *** no alcohol under 21
