Our backyard rental has LOTS of amenities to enhance your experience: comfortable seating areas (accommodating up to 40), shaded seating and lounge areas, fire pit, outdoor propane heater, two pergolas with 3 ceiling fans, string lighting, backdrop for photo shoots, TV(DirectTV&FireStick), water volleyball, corn hole, 2 outdoor coolers, 25 add'l black folding chairs & 4 add'l 6ft tables, floats, noodles, ambiant lighting, and a private restroom - complete with a toilet, sink, stocked with all the toiletries and space to change for your convenience.
