About the pool

The Richter’s Hidden Haven is extending an invite for you to come and enjoy this amazing space. We take pride in our meticulously maintained pool and yard. Private atmosphere with plenty of room to set up tables for a party or just lounge around and relax.

There are no added chemicals for those with sensitive skin. We test the pool weekly making sure everything is perfect.

16’x40’ heated salt water pool with 12” deep tanning ledge, 9’ deep end with a diving board, 8’ slide and basketball hoop. Seating and 4 loungers around the pool. Huge shade umbrella that can shade part of the tanning ledge.

What makes it special

Heated

We keep it heated between 85-88. The sun naturally heats the pool during hot days. So it is know to get up to 93.

Towels

Large white towels available 10 for $20. Price is to use and leave.

Fire Pit

Seating around fire pit is FREE to use. If you would like use of the fire pit it will be $5. We as that you please be responsible and turn off it you are not going to be sitting around using it.

Speakers

We have a small bluetooth speaker available that offers great sound. Bluetooth speaker is free to use. We also have a larger speaker system that you can attach a microphone to. If you would like the larger system it will be $10.

Air Compressor

There is access to an air compressor to blow up any pool floatie you would like.

Every person that is unable to swim, regardless of age, will be required to wear a flotation device. Please be sure to bring flotation devices for these non-swimmers as we do not provide them. Please no food or drinks in the pool. Feel free to eat from the chairs and tables around the pool, around the fire pit—but please not while in the pool. Dry yourself before entering the bathroom.
