Gated Pool and Jacuzzi

Welcome to our gated community pool — a peaceful, well-kept space that’s perfect for families, couples, or a solo day to recharge. The area offers a mix of seating options, including lounge chairs, regular chairs with arms, standalone tables, and freestanding umbrellas with wheels for easy shade adjustment. Perimeter benches provide extra seating, and there’s a shaded cabana-style section with a tiled counter and basin sink - great for setting out snacks or drinks. The heated pool starts at 3'5" and gradually deepens, making it comfortable for all swimmers. A jacuzzi hot tub with jets and bubbles adds an extra touch of relaxation. An outdoor rinse-off shower is also available for your convenience. You’ll also find large bins for trash and recycling to help keep the area clean. Restroom facilities include: Men’s restroom: one stall, a partitioned urinal, sink, countertop, and air dryer Women’s restroom: one stall, sink, counter space, and air dryer --- Guest Notes & Community Guidelines: This is a shared resident pool, and you’ll be visiting as my guest - please be respectful of the space and others using it. No smoking or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please tidy up your space before you leave. Children must be supervised at all times and wear appropriate swimming garments.
