We do have an indoor sports court that has a modified pickleball court. The court is slightly shorter in the length. Paddles and net are provided.

There is a carpeted loft that oversees the pool area through two large windows. Has billiards table, arcade game, round table for card/board games, sectional sofa w/ big screen TV.

Small kitchenette with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Utensils upon request. The kitchen is only allowed for food preparation, storing food, or warming food. No full cooking allowed.

Bathroom consists of shower/tub combo, toilet & sink. Just the basics for any larger or extended party.
