This is a brand new hot tub that is professionally maintained and uses chlorine to keep everything sanitary. There are many jets and lights for evenings.

Propane grill on back porch. If the propane is out, kindly replace the tank.

Feel free to pick up branches or kindling from the neighboring trees. Bring your own wood and lighting materials.

Yes, the hot tub is heated. 

Huge, secure backyard

Our backyard is fully fenced and has a security gate from the side porch. Children and pets are welcome. Please pick up after your pets and children. The garbage cans are located off the side porch where you’ll be accessing the hot tub and backyard. 

Outdoor lounge area

We have outdoor furniture situated around the fire pit, right off the hot tub and back porch where the barbecue is.
