What’s Included (No Extra Fees): Heated inground pool maintained at a soothing 78°F Cascading waterfall feature for ambiance and aesthetic flair Bluetooth speaker – stream your favorite playlist poolside Pool floaties and toys – complimentary to use - just treat them with care (Damaged or missing items may incur a $10–$25 replacement fee) Cooler with ice – pre-filled with 3 bags of ice to start your day chilled (Refills are not provided. Please plan accordingly) Restroom access – clean and convenient Optional Upgrades: Want it warmer? Raise the pool temp to 85°F – $20 flat fee Grill access is available for a $30 flat fee, which includes propane and grilling tools. For your convenience, we’ll provide foil on the grill rack—just place your food directly on top! We kindly ask that you dispose of used foil and clean up any food spills after use. If the grill is left excessively dirty or damaged, a cleaning fee of up to $25 may apply Towels – $5 per guest rental (Towels must be returned. Unreturned/damaged towels = $20 fee each)
