Towels

Towels are available for $5 per guest (rental fee). Towels must be returned at the end of your rental. Unreturned or damaged towels will incur a $20 replacement fee per towel.

Cooler with ice

A complimentary cooler filled with ice is included with your rental. The cooler will be stocked with 3 bags of ice at the start of your booking. Refills are not provided, so please plan accordingly if you expect to need more throughout your visit.

Grill

Grill access is available for a $30 flat fee, which includes propane and grilling tools. For your convenience, we’ll provide foil on the grill rack—just place your food directly on top! We kindly ask that you dispose of used foil and clean up any food spills after use.

Security Deposit (Refundable)

For some bookings—like larger groups or small celebrations—guests may be asked to add a refundable $75 deposit from the Amenities list before confirming. It’s simply part of how we help keep the experience great for everyone. Deposit will be refunded if the space is left in good condition.
