The surrounding pool area is complete with lounge chairs, shaded spaces, and room for plenty of guests! Pool and/or hot tub can be heated to your desired temperature for ultimate relaxation! Amenities include a shade umbrella, fire pit, and pool house with toilet, sink, shower, and is stocked with pool towels and tons of blow up pool toys, all included at no extra charge. For added fun, a huge inflatable. multi-slide, water playset is also available. The property supports ample parking, so bring all your guests! Children must be supervised at all times. Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. Renters and their guests must maintain reasonable noise levels. Renters are legally and explicitly responsible for all of their actions while on the property. Pets must be controlled at all times and within designated rental space.
