Amazing space with a lawn area for outdoor games (many games provided), a firepit area with comfortable seating, outdoor wifi speakers, govee accessible lighting, tons of outdoor seating, both gas and charcoal grills, outdoor dining tables and chairs. The pool is typically kept between 85 and 88 degrees, so it is a warmer pool temp. If you would like a different temp, please contact us so we can make your party comfortable. No lifeguard provided and swim at your own risk. We do have a Dalmatian who will need access to a corner of the yard once in a while - however, he is a total people dog. If he barks, it is only because he wants to play with you 🖤🤍🖤🤍 Pets are welcome, however, waste removal is required or a removal fee will be imposed. We have disposal bags and tools available, if needed.
