About the pool

Welcome to our Wexford Backyard Oasis!

We have a private 20x40’ salt water pool, that has a 3 foot shallow end, and drops down to a 9’ deep end. Our pool can be heated up to 87 degrees (for an additional fee), and gets tons of sun from 11am-8pm. If you’re looking for shade, we have a private pool house with seating, as well as a kitchen area, equipped with counter space, a refrigerator/freezer, and sink. We also have 2 tables outside of our poolhouse that are in the shade, with seating for up to 10 people. In addition, we have chaise chairs and other chairs around our pool, as well as a separate cabana, with a round table that can seat an additional 5 people.

What makes it special

Speakers

JBL bluetooth speaker in poolhouse. (Plays pretty loud). You’re welcome to unplug and move around. Just be sure to keep it in the shade, and it cannot get wet. Please plug back into the charger when you’re done using.

Pool Toys

Various pool toys stored in bin, as well as innertubes and heavy duty pool noodles. We also have a few extra life jackets and puddle jumpers stored in the pool bin.

Refrigerator / Freezer

Feel free to store drinks / snacks in our refrigerator and freezer.

Pool House

We have a separate pool house next to the pool that has a Smart TV, seating, bathroom, full counter, and kitchen sink.

Chaise Chairs

We have 6 chaise chairs. These can be moved around wherever you would like. Please just return them to where you found them before you leave.

Towel Rental

Rent up to 20 towels for $3/towel Please bring all used towels up the steps and put in a pile outside of the sliding glass door before you leave so we can wash them for our next guests.

1. Please leave our space how you found it and clean up before you leave. 2. No glass bottles or glass around the pool. Please leave anything glass on the counter in the kitchen area. 3. All toddlers and babies that are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper in the pool. 4. We do have neighbors that don’t mind if loud music is being played. However, please be courteous, and no live bands.
