About the pool

Huge barndominium warehouse building with an indoor pool. The space is unconventional; the interior has unfinished construction elements, but the pool is party-ready. Private bathroom on site, hot-tub, and pool-volleyball as requested. Pickleball (non-regulation) court outside. Big screen TV, seating, sinks, pool shower, and ample pool toys provided.

Hot tub will reasonably accommodate 6-8 adults reasonably.

Heated

Heating the pool is an option but is very expensive to do and requires a few days advance notice. Ideal swimming temperature is usually considered between 77 and 80 degrees. It's very difficult to raise temperatures above 77 in the winter. Heating requests need to be discussed.
