It is a wonderful place to have a gathering or just cool off and relax. We have a backyard oasis with 460 sq ft saltwater pool, fire pit wood and / or propane, a movie screen with projector waterfall, and a relax zone. Plus, a spa hot tube

Parties and vendors need to be disclosed to me for approval before rental is accepted. No smoking in pool area vaping is allowed. Everything needs to be cleaned up and put back to original area if moved. Please do not allow children in garden areas, thank you. Everyone is responsible for your own safety and their children's safety. No unsupervised children.
