About the home
Air-conditioned dance or exercise studio! Affordable space in La Mesa. Flexible scheduling, easy to find location, assigned parking available, and safe environment. Newly installed light oak flooring, overhead bluetooth speakers, separate lobby. Please note: the lobby is equipped with multiple fans but it does not have A/C, only the dance studio.
Record videos for Tik Tok / YouTube, rehearse a piece of choreography, teach lessons, host improv workshops, staff meetings, etc... The studio is fully private, allowing you to focus on your work without distractions. We do not meet you for entry. A lock box code is provided the day of your booking.

No food or drink, other than water, in the main studio. Food/drink in the lobby okay but NOT on the dance floor.
No smoking in the building or within 20ft of any entrance.
No "heels" classes or anything that may damage the floor.
Music volume must be kept at a courteous level to our neighbors.
No removing anything from the space, decorative or otherwise without prior approval.
Any loud music or noise must end by 10:00 PM
