About the pool

We offer a brand new outdoor Thermawood Garden Sauna that seats up to 8 people. The heater is an 8W Harvia Spirit with Wi-Fi. The Luxury Relaxation Package includes an aromatherapy water fountain, 2 sauna pillows, and several different aromas available to enhance your experience such as eucalyptus, birch, pine, or birch leaf-dried aroma packets. There is a sauna bucket, ladle, thermometer/hygrometer, and sand timer. We also have a 10-12 man hot tub that seats 10-12 people and an unheated, 50-degree F, 40k gallon pool for the cold plunge experience.

Benefits to a cold plunge: reduced inflammation, boosts endorphins, better sleep, reduces stress, diminishes aches and pains, and spikes dopamine.

Benefits of the sauna: detoxification by sweating out toxins, improves longevity and heart health, reduces inflammation, and improves brain health.

Risks: cardiovascular stress. Please ask your doctor if this is right for you.

Shower

Please shower before entering the sauna. This keeps the sauna sanitary for everyone. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are offered as well as towels. Please use a towel when entering the sauna to sit on for sanitary reasons. No long showers.

Fire Pit

We have a beautiful fire table that seats 6 people available for use. We will turn the table on. Be careful around the table to prevent burns. No rough housing around the table.

Please bring your speaker. We have found that everyone loves their speaker and ours was never used.

Sauna

The new outdoor Thermowood Garden Sauna seats up to 8 people. Are you looking to do hot yoga, sit, or lay down and relax? There is plenty of room to do any of these activities! We offer dry or steam heat. Please check with your provider to see if this is safe for your use.

Towels

Towels are available and necessary for the sauna and shower use to keep it sanitary for everyone to enjoy. You can bring your towel if you prefer.

Cold Plunge

The 40K gallon pool with be approximately 50 degrees F for the cold plunge experience. Please do not stay in the pool for longer than 5-10 minutes to reduce the risk of hypothermia.
