About the pool
Cold plunging will revolutionize your life. It will burn fat, treat and reduce inflammation, keep you energized throughout the day, strengthen your immune system, or just cool you down after a long day. This is a 45-minute session that will include 15 minutes on the Chi Machine (https://youtu.be/fpTgCdS_8aM?si=I3iJ0rvCMzo0R3I1), 3-10 minutes in the plunge (your choice) and finishing with some refreshing sparkling water. You can opt to take a 15–20-minute power nap in our hammock if you choose.
