Valley Studio | Includes lights, backgrounds, props and flats - Rain Room

JGV Studios is a 1600sqft Film and photography studio in Panorama city. The warehouse open area is a 1080sqft, great for events, rehearsals, meetings and parties. The studio has some color RGB lights that can be use for decoration and set up the mood. Included you have also a flower wall and multiple backdrops. During week days you will have about 5 guest parking and 2 private ones in front of the unit. There is plenty of parking in the lot after hours and during the weekends (about 15-20) There are 2 offices that can be use at your will. One of them has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. The other room is a makeup room. Gated lot, super safe! You can close it during your event. No problems with loud music as it is not in a residential area. We have a few foldable chairs and tables for you to use. Please book accordingly. Your set up and wrap has to be within your booking time. You have to be outside of the studio at the end of your booking. Overtime will be charged at x1.5 the hourly rate. Location is not soundproof
