This luxury private paradise has plenty of space to have the most wonderful experience for you and your family or friends. Come relax at this luxurious paradise and have fun with your family and friends or even plan an event for you and your co-workers. Our luxurious pool area does have a grill and basketball court along with other wonderful amenities available as well. We also offer discounts for weekday events except for holidays. Our luxury indoor restroom is included in the pricing. The luxury bathroom is only for up to 39 guests. For 40 guests or more we can have a portable restroom delivered for you and your guests. All guests count changes need to be made 72 hours prior to the event. Please keep in mind that we do require advanced notice of at least 72 hours to acquire the portable restroom for your event. A trash bin is provided to discard trash at the end of the event. Cleaning fees will be added in the case of trash being left in different areas of the event space and the space is not returned to the originated state it was received. Smoking is only designated in the grass area in the backyard, if found to be smoking in undesignated areas the cleaning fee will be added.
