Perfect pool and shaded yard space available for photography and videography shoots. Pool is heated. Jacuzzi can be turned on as requested. Up to 5 guests allowed. Restroom available at nearby public stores/restaurants. Pets are not allowed unless being photographed. Plenty of street parking. Conveniently located just off the 118 freeway.
