About the pool

Escape the Austin heat in a French oasis surrounded by Italian Cyprus, Blue Ice Arizona Cyprus, and Leland Cyprus. The most luxurious private pool in Austin - you’ll feel transported to another land. White pool floor keeps the water cool even in 95+ degree weather but stays warm in the evening (perfect for peak sun or a post-work swim!).

Brand new full size pool fully equipped with tanning ledge (+ 2 top-of-the-line in-water loungers), marble finishes, and French umbrellas accompanied by sunken lounge area with outdoor comfy couch and large chair. Yeti cooler, deck sun lounger, and fun pool floaties provided as well. Retractable mesh gate. Beautiful spillover 6-person hot tub with jets/bubbler (please give us 30 minutes advance notice; optional).

Clean, private pop-up restroom (holds 300lbs) that can double as a changing room. Please throw away and replace toilet bag at end of swim.

Guests responsible for clean up.

Brand new spillover hot tub that can fit 6 with jets and bubbler. Please let us know if you want the jets or bubbler on: jets = pressure/massage, bubbler = lots of bubbles. Need 30 minutes advance notice to heat up
