3.5 acre / 2200 sq ft will be accessible of the house / Kitchenette / Living Room / Meeting Space / Movie Room / Gym / Pool / Unlimited Parking / Downtown Sunset Hills Woodland Oasis

Wifi, Bluetooth, and Speaker available for use. BBQ, Mini Fridge, Full Size Fridge with ice maker, and freezer also available. Full bath in basement available for use. Pool can be heated for an additional charge so you can enjoy the spring weather. 24 Hours minimum required for reservation to be accepted. No DJs. Although tucked away we like to respect our surrounding neighbors.

We do require a walkthrough for events over 20 people prior to booking to make sure we can accommodate your event and ensure the best experience for you and your guests.
