About the pool

Escape the heat! Take a break! Relax, swim, float, workout, hang with friends and family - whatever you are looking for this summer, we have a lovely pool and private backyard for you to enjoy. We have comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table for your use. Two large umbrellas are available for shade. Feel free to have food delivered, or bring your own – we just ask that you do not have any glass containers on the patio, and no food or beverages in the pool. Trash and recycling cans will be made available for your use. Children of all ages are welcome, but we ask that you supervise at all times. Please read our rules section. Our property is a 100% no-smoking zone. No smoking, vaping, etc. This is a deal-breaker and you will be immediately asked to leave with no refund!

Pool will be a minimum of 80 degrees. During heat waves the pool may naturally become quite warm and this is out of our control. If you request a warmer temperature, there will be a minimal fee. Must have advanced request as it can take a while to heat a large pool.

Hot Tub can be turned on, by owner, for an additional fee. Six adults fit comfortably. Adults only.
