About the pool

*NEW LISTING* Located on a quiet cul de sac conveniently located off major roadways. Immaculately kept 24' above ground pool that is 4' deep with attached deck for convenient, relaxing supervision. The pool sits in the sun all day so the water temperature is usually between 72-84 degrees. There is a lounge area on a large paver patio with a covered roof and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. Access to a restroom and changing area inside the residence is included. Infants, toddlers, and pets are not permitted at this time. Coming soon: outdoor movie nights, night swimming availability, and a pool hoop!
