Party Pool With All Amenities Included!!

Our backyard oasis is set up for all your party needs and can accommodate up to 40 people!! The pool has a tanning ledge with an umbrella, two chairs and a bubbler for the kids, an 18" deep sitting ledge, a 3' deep area by the stairs and the main part of the pool is 4.5' deep. The pool has full sun at noon but is completely shaded at 5 PM by three Live Oak trees. We have abundant lighting for night time parties running until 10 PM! We offer four party time slots per week: Friday 5 PM - 10 PM, Saturday 11 AM - 4 PM, Saturday 5 PM - 10 PM and Sunday 11 AM - 4 PM. All of the following amenities are included in the rental cost: Eight person Hot tub Outdoor kitchen with propane grill, sink, and large beverage well (40 pounds of ice included!) 10' x 20' pavilion with lights, ceiling fans, outlets, wi-fi, bar seating area, picnic table and a 42" smart TV (seating for twelve) Screened in porch with ceiling fan, picnic table and separate seating area with a 32" smart TV (seating for eleven) Yard games including Bags (Corn Hole), Washers, Hooky, and kids Axe throwing. Pool Volleyball net and ball. Fire pit with seating for ten (wood, roasting sticks and grill rack included!)
