Any bookings larger than 10 people there will be a $200 cleaning fee upon arrival and will be given back once area looks like it was upon arrival.
Garbage🗑️: must be cleaned up and put into garbage bags and taken with you. Our area has limited garbage pick ups and we cannot have any additional garbage bags.
Smoking 🚬: we don’t mind at all just please do not throw/leave cigarette butts around. Be sure to dispose of any, cigarette butts.
