It's getting HOT today!! Located off of I5 and Hammer Lane. Pool & spa (6 person above ground spa) & patio (table & seating for 6) 2 hrs minimum. I have room for 3 cars. Please be considerate of my neighbors. You may bring ice chest & snacks. Bring your own towels. "You as the guest, shall indemnify and hold harmless the property host against any and all claims of personal injury or death. Or personal property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises/pool, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Also, expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the host may have does NOT cover your personal property. Your agreement to stay on the premises/use the pool, represents your agreement to these terms".
