Beautiful setting with sweeping river views. RH dining table that seats 8, pool house equipped with full size fridge, washer dryer, microwave, new marble bathroom with shower. Note, there are additional fold up tables and chairs that will accommodate an additional 14 people. Pool is saltwater and heated to your desired temp(need 12 hour notice). Spa has massaging jets, and seats up to 6 comfortably. Non-slip pebble deck. Pool is Gunite pool(non-slip), surrounded by a ledge that prevents wheelchairs or strollers from rolling into water. The depth ranges from 3 - 5 feet. No diving allowed. There is a waterfall and the surroundings give privacy from neighbors and home owner. Street parking available, and there are two spots reserved for group host.
