About the pool

Nestled in a quaint gated community in Kingwood, TX, this property boasts a serene setting complete with a private backyard featuring a stunning pool, hot tub, and garden. The hosts are warm and the ambiance is relaxed. Although dogs are present on the premises, they will be kept indoors during your stay. The pool is unheated but can be warmed upon request for an extra charge. During the summer, natural sunlight suffices to heat the pool. Please note that due to Hurricane Beryl, we did have to add some supports to our fence that had been blown over which are not shown in the photos.

Drinking and smoking are permitted as long as you are considerate and dispose of trash properly. Should you require the pool to be heated, an additional hourly fee will apply. Typically, the pool is heated naturally by the weather unless a specific request is made. There are two strict rules: no urinating in the pool and no glass bottles on or near the pool deck.
