About the pool
Awesome pool party venue with bar and seating on lanai. Upper and lower pool decks with seating, umbrellas - fire pit - gas grill and large pool with waterfall. Outside pool shower stall. Access to bathroom off pool through french doors. Fridge under bar. Big yard for further seating and play if desired off lania. Private, high hampton hedges. Children must have a designated lifeguard.

Smoking outside only. Must submit list of all guests in order to register with guard at gate to gain entrance. No Parking on grass. Any children must have an appointed lifeguard for their safety at all times. I will bartend on lanai for extra 20/hour fee. Please bring food/cups/plates/eating utensils etc - only plastic or paper. Clean up - separating garbage from recyclables. I will clean up for an extra $50 fee.
