The Landing Strip

Please note, actual location in Royse City, Tx. This isn't your neighbor's cute little splash pool! Inspired by many visits to our favorite Caribbean destinations, "The Landing Strip" provides that experience right in our own back yard. Perfect for birthdays, corporate events, and other gatherings. Features include: full working swim up bar with draft beer system, dual bay margarita machine, refrigerator, blue tooth stereo system with Subwoofer, and 5 submerged bar stools. Other pool features include a tanning ledge with 2 loungers, multiple umbrellas for shade and a 7' slide. The backyard features a detached 6 person hot tub, 55" satellite TV, fireplace, plenty of seating & sunning areas, cornhole boards, and much more. All rentals have access to all amenities. We do not nickel and dime for access to certain pieces of equipment. All rentals with 6 guests or more include a full time bartender/server for duration of rental. This service includes all ice, cups & setups. Rentals of 4 hours + include hamburger/hotdog lunch. All guests of "The Landing Strip" must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID required.
