Podshare Venice Beach

On Venice Blvd and Ocean Ave (one block from Abbot Kinney) we have 4,000 square foot interior on a 10,000 lot. The rate listed is for shared access to the property, so we would identify a portion of the backyard or interior that you wish to utilize but any use of bathrooms/kitchens etc would be shared with PodShare residents. Our exterior includes a parking lot (up to 12 cars), full court basketball, and a grassy field with open grass, bamboo trees, BBQ and deck furniture. The WIFI reaches all over. Inside, we have a conference room on the mezzanine level with a 10ft table and 6 chairs. There are 2 full kitchens, co-ed bathrooms with showers and shared sinks, a lobby with checkin desk, lockers, and a TV room with theater seating and a half bathroom. We are a co-living space with 32 pods that are custom built bunk beds, called PodShare. This listing is for an area of the property, so if you need to also rent the conference room or TV room privately then we must discuss an additional charge - otherwise we assume you can use your exterior portion for holding/catering.
