Pricing is based on the number of attendees. Make sure you enter the correct number for an accurate quote prior to messaging me about your event. Attendees should include all people that will be on the property, including yourself and any hired staff.
Entertainer's dream on one acre in peaceful Eucalyptus Hills has a modern and airy open floor plan that flows seamlessly into the large tropical backyard with pool, waterslide and lots of extras. Cooking, bbqing, and catering is allowed, as well as alcoholic beverages.
The extra large modern kitchen has lots of counter space for food prep and serving. There are dining chairs and counter seating for 22 people to comfortably eat inside. The bar area has two flip up pass through windows and a trough sink for serving food and drinks to guests on the patio.
The kitchen's French doors open directly to the bbq island which includes a warmer and dispenser with water and the much coveted "Sonic" style ice. Just beyond is a cozy gazebo seating area with fire table.
There is an enormous pool with slide, jacuuzzi, Bocce ball, cornhole, and a large tree swing for non-stop fun. There is a convenient poolside bathroom as well. A large fire pit with Adirondack seating is in a secluded corner surrounded by tiki torches.
Sonos music system and speakers throughout downstairs and patio with multiple zones for adjusting sound or playing separate stations. Sony frame tv can display art of choice or custom pictures to go with your theme. Another large flip down tv is on the patio, perfect for watching movies while soaking in the jacuuzi.
Inside, there is a pool table, fooseball, and plenty of open space for mingling. There is a powder room downstairs.

Owner, two children, and two small dogs live here, and may or may not be upstairs during your event.
