Ultimate Family Pool Party Space!

Come and enjoy our backyard! We are a family friendly location! Your group can swim, lounge by the pool, connect your devices to play your own music, play a game of basketball in the water, and relax in the enormous hot tub that seats 12-15 adults! Our hot tub can also function as a large kiddie pool for non swimmers. The waterfall is intended to be a jumping platform so it is ok to climb up and jump off into the water. The pool is 8 feet at its deepest point, so please dive with caution! Jumping off feet first would be preferable and safer to avoid injury. There is also a shallow tanning ledge with a water feature that toddlers will love! Supervision is still required as there is no lifeguard. The back patio offers shaded seating. There is an outdoor covered kitchen with a grill and a sink as well as a large Roku TV where you can connect to your own streaming services. The uncovered patio area has space where you can setup tables and chairs. Pool and non cushioned patio chairs can be placed anywhere on the cement surrounding the pool. No pool or patio chairs are allowed in the water or on the grass, but you are welcome to bring camping chairs for the grass areas. We can also provide 6 camping chairs upon request. There is plenty of room to play ping pong and your group can use our fields for outdoor games. Also, our court offers Pickleball, Basketball and Volleyball. Please clean up after yourselves. A trashcan with a secured lid is provided. Please do not disturb the wildlife! Although we cannot fully guarantee that you won't see the wrong kind of pests, we have diligently and consistently treated the area for years and have encountered very few issues and we inspect the area regularly.
