About the pool

Come relax, enjoy hanging out, or celebrate an event in our backyard! Play corn hole, swing on the swing set, swim, or tan on one of the 6 loungers. Pool has water features with bench seating around it. Hot tub seats up to 8. Large covered patio with a table that seats 8. Grill and fire pit available to use for a small fee. Private bathroom with shower and changing room included! Rough housing, intoxication not allowed. These disallowed behaviors void the insurance coverage provided by Swimply and results in immediate termination of the gathering.

Want to hang out in the pool during cooler months? Happy to heat the pool with at least 24 hour notice.

We have converted a separate single standing garage into a room that has its own bathroom with shower, plus a separate room to change.

Pool Toys

A couple of floats, a couple of goggles, and a few various toys available for your use. All are stored in an outside storage chest by the pool.

Fire Pit

Enjoy sitting around the fire pit or use it to roast marshmallows and make s’mores! You must bring your own fire log or wood and lighter. Must burn out fire before leaving.

Bluetooth speaker and charger provided. Must be kept out of the water.

Gas grill available for those hot dogs, steaks, or burgers! Must provide your own food and cooking utensils. We have a grill brush and spatula you can use.

Low-key parties are welcome. Very loud music is not allowed. Feel free to bring alcohol, but intoxication is not allowed. Absolutely no diving into the pool. Must dry off before entering the bathroom or changing area. Must clean up and leave the area as you found it. All pool toys must be put back in the storage bin.
