About the pool

Beautiful pool and hot tub located at the base of Topanga Canyon. Lush & private backyard meticulously landscaped. Enjoy the Alfresco area to hide from the sun and sit at our large 12 person dining table. Our pool is cleaned 1x a week and kept super clean.

Heated Pool

Pool is always set to 86 - if you'd like it warmer please let us know. It takes roughly 1 hour to heat it up 2 degrees - please plan accordingly.

Hot Tub

98 degrees is comfortable for kids - they can play in the tub for hours. 100 degrees is nice for adults; 102-104 is great if you really want to relax.
