Private, secluded on-Farm resort style pool and beach! You won’t find a bigger wow factor for you and your guests anywhere else in Carroll County! Rent by the hour and bring everything you need - or let us do all the work! Party planning, Setup, clean up, decorating, catering etc. Additional services are offered separately. Full access to adjoining 1900s log home with use of stocked kitchen! 2 bathrooms are located on the second floor of the house. *Larger parties or those that require handicap accessible bathrooms may need a Porto potty rental* The areas: *Covered Patio* Enjoy a moment out of the sun under our large covered patio, equipped with fans and comfortable seating 20. *Pool* Loungers, floats and towels included. 10’x10 sun ledge/“kiddie pool” with beautiful waterfall. 11’ deep end Guaranteed to be maintained and clean and safe *The Beach* Volleyball, badminton and corn hole equipment (and of course sand toys) are included with all rentals. Large open yard! Put up a tent or play ball! Options are up to you! Small Pond with fountain * Located along the open field is a gentle stream and pond for you to enjoy. Filled with fishies, turtles- take a moment to enjoy nature! Please do not enter pond. Additional info: Property and parking lot is fully illuminated. Parking for 50 cars. Pool and beach area are equipped with a sound system you may easily use with your phone. T.V under patio is all yours to enjoy- throw on some cartoons or your favorite ball game. Please note that T.v does not have cable, only Wi-Fi/ apps. You may use our guest accounts or log into your own. Entire property is well lit with landscaping lights. Rules: Unless you have upgraded to one of our services that includes clean up, please leave the property as you found it. All trash must be removed. * Rinse off sand prior to entering pool area!
