About the pool

Private pool enclosed in 6ft wooden privacy fence. Swimming pool is a 60,000 gallon pool. Shallow end is 5ft and deep end is 10ft. Pool includes a diving board, small waterfall, built in sitting area with hard umbrella for shade, two benches, and two chairs. Cement surrounds the pool makes for a great space to layout. Pool area is landscaped. Any addition guest greater then 10 and only up to 15 will acquire a $5 per hour charge per person.

Corn hole provided

Corn hole will be provided if you like. It can be set up in the pool area. It can also be set up on the deck if the deck is part of your rental.

Towels

10 towels provided. When your event is over please drape towels over fence to be collected and washed.

One speaker provided. Speaker is waterproof but it will need stay where it is located in the private pool area. You will need to Bluetooth to it. Able to help you connect once you arrive if needed.

Smoking is allowed and a sand filled bucket will be provided for placement of your cigarette butts. Alcohol is allowed. Please no glass bottles. In addition, we ask that you please clean up all of your trash. There are trash receptacles located near the garage doors on your way out of the pool area. Double doors to the deck area will need to remain closed unless deck area is part of your event rental.
