About the pool

This salt water pool is solar heated, which puts the temperature in the high 80s and low 90s in the later part of June. As of the 17th, it was 92 degrees. Bath water. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac next to Sinaloa Lake, this newly resurfaced pool on a 1 acre private property filled with amazing trees, an incredible sound system, stunning views and a uniquely peaceful vibe away from everything. Daytime there is a 1 mile shaded walking trail just behind the property around Sinaloa lake. There are no mosquitos at night. The house is completely solar and battery run. No possibility of a power outage. We are newer to listing on Simply, so we have the price super cheap while we gain experience and reviews. We look forward to hosting your special event. The house is a healing center and hosts individuals, couples and groups in healing physical and emotional pain, and chronic illness.
