About the pool

Enjoy a wonderful quiet oasis in Pomona, NY. Plenty of sunshine, huge umbrellas, fans, couches, lounge chairs, table to eat and space to run around. Beautiful surrounding gardens will definitely lower your blood pressure and put you into vacation mode. Optional licensed lifeguard and firepit available upon inquiry. There is privacy around the entire space. Both neighbors cannot see in and the back faces a forest. The pool measures 8' on the deep end and 3/4' on the shallow end. Plenty of shallow for the kids, plenty of deep end for the jumpers. There are two corner seats in the deep end. The pool is running off the latest technology (AOP UV/Ozone/Chlorine) to keep it sparkling. Features include a waterfall, fans, led lighting in and around the pool and much more. The pool has a heater and is maintained typically 84-89. 5-6 minutes from the Palisades Parkway, the house is very easy to get to. Under 5 minutes to Wesley Kosher or Evergreen Uptown groceries.

All food must be eaten on table on deck. No glass by Pool. No food by Pool. We have a dining table on the deck for all food. No smoking of any kind. Pets not allowed in the pool but are free to come enjoy the grass. Bring a towel and have a great time!
