Please DM if you have any questions. This is the backyard for your next party, quality time with friends and family, or date night. The pool features 3 water falls and a large baja shelf that extends the length of the pool. Private bathroom is easily accessible with its own exterior door. No need to go through the house. Plenty of seating and lounging around the pool. 60” round table provided. Folding tables and chairs available for rent. Rental starts at $35/hour and you can add amenities from there. Rules: 1) Please accurately reserve for the number of people attending your event. The insurance is based off the number of guests. 2) Snacks, Food, and Drinks (kids/adults) are allowed. We ask there are no glass bottles, and no food or drinks in the pool. 3) Use the large trash can provided. 4) Bathroom: Toilet, Sink, and changing only. No showers allowed. 5) We ask that it looks the way you found it. 6) Have a great time and enjoy.
