Escape the crowds and unwind in this semi-private backyard oasis, just 41 minutes from Wasaga Beach! 20 mins to Alliston.

Enjoy sunshine and relaxation in a spacious semi-private backyard featuring a refreshing saltwater pool. The large shallow area is perfect for lounging or safe play for kids. A mature tree provides natural shade, and there’s a grassy area ideal for setting up a volleyball net or just stretching out.

Pool is usually at around 74 degrees without heater. If you would like it set to 85 degrees upon arrival there is a premium fee as it is run on propane.

Pool noodles, pool floating inflatable mat, volleyball net with badminton racket (2) and small volleyball ask to have set up if planning to play. Pool inflatable volleyball net Grass area bring water shoes or proper shoes if partaking in a game of volleyball (some prickly weeds may be hidden)

Dry yourself before entering the home to use the restroom Curtesy to surrounding neighbours I.e music Drinking allowed but in moderation for safety. NO GLASS allowed in pool area, NO EXCEPTIONS please bring plastic cups or cans. Please bring garbage bags to clean up and take with you as township has a limit of one garbage bin a week. Recycling bin will be provided. No drugs allowed on property NO EXCEPTION. Please no pets. No lifeguard on duty. Parents must accompany children around the pool...
