Up to 5 people are allowed to come in early. No guest should be in the pool at this time.

Intended for Post Event Take Down and Clean Up. Pool should not be in use and only a few people who are cleaning up should remain.

Extra bag of garbage

We offer 3 bins: landfill, compost, and recycling at NO CHARGE. Please place garage in the designated bin. EXTRA bags of GARBAGE incur a FEE for additional residential pickup.

Direct access restroom

Restroom directly accessible from outside, no need to go around the house.

Outside Vendor

This is for those who wish to bring outside vendors and stay onsite (in the backyard), such as food truck staffs, decorators, event planner, etc. for up to 10 individuals. We will not count them as part of your group.

Backdrop Stand

This is adjustable backdrop stand which can extend up to 10ft X 10ft.

Playground

We offer a delightful swing set and slide for children aged 8 and under. Parental supervision is mandatory for safety. Owners are not liable for any playground injuries.

Pool Toys

We have plenty of floaties for adults and kids. You can bring your own if you would like :)
