Outdoor
In ground pool, 18 x 32 with a diving board. There will be steps in the shallow end to enter the pool, and it goes up to 9 feet deep. Perfect pool for a tan with plenty of sun and 8 lounge chairs. We have plenty of parking in the back. Plenty of lawn with a bunch of space for activities. 2 cabanas and added a nice bar with bar stools in one cabana, 2 dining tables with umbrellas. We have 2 sitting areas. A fire pit (extra charge) , a grill (extra charge) and a black stone(extra charge) which guests will be able to use. Infants are NOT allowed in POOL at any time. All children and infants must be supervised at all times!

Infants are NOT allowed in POOL at any time. Small gatherings and familyi gatherings will be allowed, no large parties. All children and infants must be supervised at all times by adults! NO head first diving . NO GLASS, no glitter, no confetti, no water balloons. Music is ok but not loud enough to disturb my neighbors.Guests consuming alcohol (beer and wine only) will NOT be covered by insurance.
