Pool Venue Includes: - The swimming pool has a Heater but you will have to pay $50/hr if you want the heater to be turned on during your stay because we have to pay electric bill and the heater burns plenty of electricity. •Hot tub- there is fee to use the hot tub and only the host can turn the hot tub on and off. Ask if you are interested in using it. •Massive Backyard •Comfortable Furniture • Bathroom is inside the basement. The basement is only available to use to use the bathroom only. - lounging area -ping pong table outside in the yard
