Hot Tub

Large above ground Hot Tub comfortably seats 8 guests. Heated to @101, unless requested to be higher (up to 104) or lower. LED underwater lights for colored night-lighting.

Night Lighting

Ambient night lighting that lights the area without blinding flood lights. Lighting includes 75 feet of string lights on a cable between the palm trees, landscape lights up lighting the palm trees and plant beds, and colored LED underwater lights in the pool and spa.

Tables and Chairs

Three (3) large stone topped wrought iron tables and eight (8) chairs each, providing comfortable seating and dining for twenty four (24) guests directly adjacent to the pool and tropical landscape.

Sun Loungers

Two (2) sun lounger chairs with thick cushions and a patio umbrella

Cornhole Game (Set #1)

Will set up the corn hole game (Set #1). The minimal flat fee supports my awareness that I need to set the game up on the lawn prior to your arrival (and clean up following your departure).

Pool Extra Heat (Jul/Aug)

During July and August, solar is normally turned off - not needed to maintain the warm pool temperatures. Upon request, the solar can be turned on to further boost the water temperature to the high 80s to low 90s. Highly recommended for evening rentals! (Fee covers need for excess chemicals.)

TIKI Torch Lighting

While not nearly as exciting as a Hawaiian torch lighting ceremony (i.e., with conch shell blowing, fire torch twirling, and cliff diving), I will make a brief appearance to light the oil TIKI torches at dusk to add to the after dark tropical ambiance.
