New pool, spacious patio, private air conditioned bathroom and multi-purpose room

Water temps are warming up, reaching 81-85* most days (June). Brand new pool completed in Jan 2023. Spacious covered patio with fans. Plenty of pool deck area to spread out. Air conditioned bathroom and room with private access. Three neighbors have visual to the the pool but as you can see by the photos, the majority of the area is very private. Sounds of nature and smells of honeysuckle are common. Pool is well maintained, both of debris and chemically balanced.
